French officials took to Twitter this morning to announce changes to the rules for those wishing to travel to France. Travellers returning from a country that is not on the red list and are not fully vaccinated must be tested for Covid-19 before departure in the three days prior to their trip to England. The government will maintain its temporary testing measures for international travel, meaning that all travellers must submit a negative test before traveling to the UK, complete a passenger locator form and take a PCR test on or before day 2 after arrival. While all international travel requirements for entry into Northern Ireland have been removed, this may not be the case for many international destinations.
