Fully vaccinated people traveling to the UK no longer have to take any Covid tests, either before departure or on arrival. All travel to Belarus should be avoided, due to the risk of arbitrary application of local laws and the armed conflict between Russia and Ukraine. These exemptions apply only to the child, not to parents, guardians, or family members traveling together. Unvaccinated visitors from countries on France's “orange list” will have to give a compelling reason to travel to the country.
Connected to the EU COVID Digital Certificate (EUDCC), which allows unrestricted travel across all EU and EEA countries after a vaccination test or a negative COVID test. Unvaccinated and partially vaccinated youth ages 12 to 17 must complete the 14-day quarantine and all testing requirements for pre-entry, arrival and day 8 testing, even when accompanied by travelers who qualify as fully vaccinated travelers. To qualify as vaccinated, non-UK travellers must have received their punctures in a country or territory with an approved proof of vaccination. The United Kingdom has abolished all remaining COVID-19 travel restrictions for all arrivals from other countries.
Qualifying for the quarantine and testing waiver for fully vaccinated travelers is also required. If you come to or return to Canada without completing ArriveCan, you won't receive exemptions for vaccinated travelers. However, unvaccinated travelers no longer have to isolate themselves upon arrival or take a test on day eight. Visitors from the EU, the Schengen area or countries participating in the EU travel rules regime can enter the Netherlands freely and without restrictions.
Adults traveling with fully vaccinated children should upload proof of immunization for their children to ArriveCan. This means that travelers arriving in Romania are exempt from presenting a pre-departure test, an on-arrival or post-arrival test, or a proof of vaccination. If you don't qualify for the fully vaccinated traveler exemption, you may still be able to enter Canada. To enter or return to Canada as a fully vaccinated traveler, you must meet all of these requirements.
