For purposes of entry into the United States, accepted vaccines will include vaccines approved or authorized by the FDA and the WHO Emergency Use List. Unvaccinated travelers can visit the country with a negative PCR test issued within 72 hours of arrival or a negative Covid-19 rapid antigen screening test from an authorized laboratory, performed within 24 hours of arrival. This applies to all persons five years of age or older. Mainland Portugal and Madeira are open to travelers who have not been vaccinated, provided they can prove that they do not have coronavirus when entering the country.

Unvaccinated arrivals in the Emirates must present evidence of a negative PCR test performed 48 hours before departure.
Unvaccinated travellers from the UK to Dubai may need to undergo a COVID-19 PCR test upon arrival. All travelers to the Maldives must complete a traveler declaration form 72 hours before departure, as well as 72 hours before their return from the Maldives. A PCR test is no longer required regardless of vaccination status. Unvaccinated tourists entering Italy from the UK must fill out a location form and show a negative PCR test performed within 48 hours of entry, or a negative lateral flow test performed within 48 hours of entry.
Travellers can enter Seychelles regardless of vaccination status, but must present a negative PCR test performed within 72 hours of departure or a rapid antigen test performed within 24 hours. There is no quarantine requirement on arrival. Unvaccinated travelers 12 years of age or older must show a negative PCR test performed no more than 72 hours before the date of arrival in the Bahamas. All travelers to Egypt must complete a declaration form before entering the country.
Unvaccinated travellers must show a negative PCR test, performed no more than 72 hours before arrival in Egypt, or a rapid antigen test. COVID-19 recovery tests will not be accepted. You don't need to be fully vaccinated to enter Cape Verde, but you do need to be able to prove you don't have Covid, either with a negative PCR test performed 72 hours before departure or a lateral flow test performed 48 hours before departure. Your temperature will be taken on arrival, and if it exceeds 37.5 °C, you may need to do another test.
All travelers to Luxembourg must fill out a passenger locator form before their flight. In Sri Lanka, you will have to stay in a “tourist biological bubble” for seven days after arrival, although you will be allowed to visit approved tourist sites and use all hotel facilities if the PCR test results on arrival are negative. Travellers to South Africa must present a negative PCR test performed no more than 72 hours before departure. You may be screened upon arrival and expected to be tested for Covid at your expense if you experience any symptoms.
If the result is positive, you will have to isolate yourself for 10 days on your own. It is not necessary to show proof of vaccination to enter Monaco, however, you must contact the Covid call center if you have been to a country in Europe that has registered more than 60 cases per 100,000 people in 14 days. You will be asked to provide your contact details and other relevant information, and may be subject to a quarantine period. Authorities may ask anyone 11 years of age or older to enter Monaco from a foreign country for a negative PCR test, performed less than 72 hours before arrival.
Travellers over the age of 12 must undergo another PCR test upon arrival at Larnaca or Paphos airports, and remain isolated until the result is obtained (this should take approximately three hours). Unvaccinated travellers to Cyprus must present a negative PCR test performed within 72 hours prior to departure or an antigen test performed 24 hours before departure. However, the government acknowledges that they can be returned on short notice, in which case travelers should always check the guidance before their trip. Unvaccinated travelers to Belize must present a negative PCR test performed within 72 hours of arrival, or a negative antigen test performed within 48 hours of arrival.
